Please include your Order ID in the cancellation request. Cancellation requests made after the order has been dispatched will not be entertained.
5.2 Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before dispatch:
Prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery orders: No charge applies as payment has not been collected
5.3 Jaidev Foods-Initiated Cancellations
Jaidev Foods reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
The ordered product is out of stock
A pricing or product description error is detected
The shipping address is outside our delivery network
Suspected fraudulent activity
In all such cases, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email.
5.4 Modifications to Orders
Order modifications (change of product, quantity, or delivery address) are also only possible within 12 hours of placement and before dispatch. Contact us promptly at mail@jaidevfoods.com to request a modification.
