Return & Refund Policy

At Jaidev Foods, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our spices and masalas. As a food product company, we follow a limited return policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Please read this policy carefully.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We accept return or refund requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong product (different SKU/variant from what you ordered)
  • The product arrived with damaged or broken packaging that compromised the contents
  • The product received is expired or has a manufacturing defect
  • The package was not delivered, but is marked as delivered by the courier

All eligible return/refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Dissatisfaction with taste, aroma, texture, or spice level (food preferences are subjective)
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of the delivery date
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

Follow these steps to initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at [mail@jaidevfoods.com] within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, the issue description, and clear photographs of the product/packaging
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will either arrange a pickup or advise you to safely dispose of the product (for health/hygiene reasons)
  5. Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Refund Timelines

  • Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking: 5–7 business days after approval
  • UPI: 2–3 business days after approval
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer β€” please share account details when raising the request

Replacement Option

As an alternative to a refund, you may opt for a free replacement of the same product (subject to availability). Please mention your preference for replacement when submitting your request.
