Shipping Coverage
Jaidev Foods ships across India through our trusted courier partners. We are committed to ensuring your spices and masalas are delivered fresh, safely packaged, and on time.
Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our current logistics partners. If your area is not covered, you will be notified at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Rural and remote areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹499: Flat shipping charge of ₹50
Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link provided via email/SMS. You may also log in to your account on jaidevfoods.com to view the live shipment status.
Delays & Exceptions
Jaidev Foods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier service disruptions, natural calamities, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, please contact us at [mail@jaidevfoods.com], and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged During Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photograph immediately and do not accept the delivery if the product inside is broken or unusable. Contact us within 24 hours at [mail@jaidevfoods.com] with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
